The Association of Professional Teachers & Researchers, Inc., is composed of professors and researchers in State Colleges and Universities (SUCs) and private institutions. Founded in April 2023, it aims to provide educators professional growth opportunities and instill a research culture among faculty members. It renders charitable services to communities and academe that promote the welfare of its citizens and recognizes Filipino educators who show above-and-beyond efforts in the teaching profession. It also aims to extend the service for the renewal of the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) ID of all registered and licensed professionals, since Continuing Professional Development (CPD) law is a mandatory requirement of PRC.
